2015 Election/Selection Timetable for St. Clare Parish Lay Trustee Secretaryand Parish Pastoral Council Members

May 21—Nominees will be contacted by phone/mail with responses requested by May 31st.

June 6 & 7—Biographical information for Lay Trustee Secretary candidates will be published in the bulletin.

June 13 & 14— Voting by ballot for Election of Lay Trustee Secretary will take place at all Masses.  Biographical information for Pastoral Council candidates will be published in the bulletin.

June 21—Selection by lot of 4 Pastoral Council members will take place at the 9:00am Mass.
